Your life expands in direct proportion to how deeply you know yourself.

The Accompanied Method is a disciplined process that, while therapeutic, is not traditional therapy. It is built on the recognition that each of us is already whole; we simply sometimes need a companion to act as an accurate mirror of our true selves and reality.

Moments of upheaval, growth, or crisis are invitations to know ourselves more deeply – when life feels difficult or empty, we are led to seek answers. This method offers the ability to mature through choices and consequences, to find deeper self-responsibility, to bring awareness to what has been resisted or denied, and to show up with more coherence, confidence, and inner power.

How The Method Works

This is a disciplined process based on presence, inquiry, and accurate reflection.

Rather than giving advice or solutions, the methodology helps you understand how your inner structures were formed — and how they continue to shape your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and choices.

You will be guided to:

  • – How your identity was formed
    – The beliefs and assumptions you learned early in life
    – How these beliefs shape perception and behavior
    – The patterns that quietly run your life
    – How these structures once helped you adapt

  • – Are these beliefs actually true?
    – Am I identified with my thoughts?
    – Am I my roles, stories, or history?
    – Who am I beneath my interpretations?

  • – That you are not the “me” you’ve taken yourself to be
    – That there is a deeper, aware presence beneath conditioning
    – That this presence is stable and unconditioned
    – That this is your true Self, beyond identity, thought, and mental activity

  • – Take responsibility for your inner life, your actions, and their impact
    – Allow real structural change (not forced self-improvement)
    – Relate, choose, and act from clarity rather than reaction
    – Accept your humanity and your circumstances
    – Understand that awakening does not eliminate pain
    – Focus on what actually matters in your life
    – Live from inner authority, not external validation

Self-knowledge is the root of peace.

[ PHILOSOPHY ]

The Accompanied Method stands on a simple but profound understanding:

Nothing outside of you can offer lasting peace.
Only self-knowledge can.

When you understand how your mind operates, how your emotional landscape is shaped, and what identities you unconsciously learned to inhabit, you begin to reclaim choice. You become less moved by external circumstances and more anchored in your own presence.

This method draws from a diverse lineage of wisdom:

  • The psychology of premises and how early structures shape perception

  • The non-dual inquiry of “Who am I?”

  • Consciousness research and the study of subtle fields

  • Teachings on presence, ego structures, and awakening

  • And contemporary spiritual inquiry

These influences are integrated with clarity and simplicity, forming a method that is grounded, accessible, and human — a process of remembering the truth of who you are.

About Daniello

Daniello Pozas is a therapeutic guide whose work is rooted in self-knowledge, psychological clarity, and lived experience.

He was trained in Clinical Psychology with a foundation in psychoanalysis, developing a deep understanding of emotional development and the structure of the mind. His path later expanded into depth psychology and non-Western traditions, including years of study and initiation in Mexican curanderismo.

His work also includes extensive experience with spiritual inquiry, ceremony, and altered states of consciousness — held within a disciplined psychological framework.

After a major personal disruption, Daniello recognized that something essential was still missing: not more insight, training, or experience — but a grounded, lived relationship with himself. He returned to psychological inquiry with a new orientation, integrating self-knowledge, non-dual inquiry, and embodied practice into what is now The Method.

His role is not to lead, fix, or advise. He walks alongside you, offering clear reflection, steady presence, and honest inquiry so that you can see yourself accurately and stand on your own ground.

  • "In a world full of self-proclaimed “healers” and quick-fix promises, working with Daniello has felt like a rare and grounding gift. He doesn’t see people as problems to be fixed, nor does he promote one-size-fits-all answers. Instead, he helps you gently recognize your own mental and behavioral patterns, cultivating awareness that supports presence and a deeper acceptance of what is actually happening. Daniello’s energy is both calm and alive – steady, attentive, and infused with genuine care and passion for the process. He has a remarkable ability to meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, agenda, or expectation. In that space of safety and attunement, you naturally begin to relate to yourself with the same compassion and honesty he models. With great sensitivity and precision, he guides you to touch only what is truly relevant from the past, illuminating what may be shaping your present life without lingering there or reinforcing old stories. Working with Daniello has helped me see beyond long-held blind spots and move toward real, embodied growth. The work feels authentic, respectful, and very human. I’m discovering that presence and self-acceptance are no longer ideals I’m striving for, but ways of being that are quietly taking root in my everyday life."
